Section Description
Web Service Web services provided by Tricor Korea, enables each employee of the Company to view and print the following documents at client¡¯s place.
Receipt for wage & salary income taxes
Receipt for severance income taxes
Tax clearance certificate of Class A wages & salaries
Result of year-end settlement
Report of exemption & deduction from wage & salary income
Certificate of employment
Certificate of career
Receipt of year-end tax settlement
Certificate of withholding tax payment
Payroll List (Excel Data Download)
Statistical analysis service on payroll information. This service will enable the authorized personnel to perform the following activities.
Retrieval of payroll data.
Download of payroll data for certain period.
Download of payroll data by cost center, by division, by position, etc.
Statistical analysis of payroll data such as average salary analysis, variance analysis on the number of employees and salary amount by cost center, division and title of employee.
Basic data for Payroll budget simulation by cost center, division, title of employee and salary items for certain period with estimated salary rate and number of employees.
Human Resources Information System Service (HRIS) HRIS service provided in the Application Service Provider (ASP) environment will enable the following functions to be performed at the desk-top of the client¡¯s personnel.
Management of Human Resources Information
The HRIS is consisted of 17 sub modules including employee¡¯s basic
information, promotion, education, career, family, certificate or license,
training, business travel, health status, military service, language, termination
etc.
View and print of 25 reports
Organisation chart display with pictures of each employee
Search function with various conditions (Multi Browsing System)
Uploading of HR information to the 17 sub modules using format of excel
Downloading of HR information from the 17 sub modules using format of excel
Graphic display of HR statistics
Management of authorization
  - Super Users are able to access to all HR data
  - Manager Users are able to access to limited data
  - End Users are only able to access their own private data
  (forbidden to modify or erase data)
Reference room
  - All HR related forms would be available, subject to modification by Super User.
